Created by BIG kids for little kids – Kindergo is a children’s reading app offering high quality, curated books, beautifully designed to encourage discoverable learning. By combining our book library with the absolute best digital user experience, Kindergo empowers children aged 2-7 to read BY THEMSELVES.
Designed for all reading levels, Kindergo offers three different reading modes, Read to Me, Read Togetherand Tap & Hear.
With the Read to Me function, the book is read to them, by the app, in real time. The Read Together function lets parents take control of the storytelling, for stories together. And our unique Tap & Hear mode allows children to tap a word and hear it individually, empowering them to start reading independently.
This interactive, educational and intuitive reading experience is modelled on the DYAD reading method. Unfamiliar with DYAD? You can read all about it, and how we use it in our tech, on the blog.
Taking inspiration from scrapbooking materials, and children’s his own arts & crafts pieces, our resident 3D Designer has created bespoke environments for children to explore. With a rich variety of textures, patterns, colours, and interactive elements, these islands can be enjoyed time and again.
It’s your child’s imagination brought to life – minus their impulsive desire to eat mud.
We at Kindergo are passionate about 3 things; a good lunch special, our Marketing Coords’ lamingtons, and (most importantly) – creating content that kids love! We release new content EVERY MONTH, curated for your little learners by a team of writers, artists and education specialists.
We are also proud to provide opportunities to upcoming and emerging talent within Australia. New voices + fresh perspectives = innovative storytelling.
Because it’s neither very safe, nor very much fun, to journey alone, we’ve included in Kindergo a customisable reading buddy for your child – called Go-Go!
GoGo provides clues, encourages discovery, and acts as a cheerleader on your child’s journey through new environments and stories.
